I am writing to bring to your attention a harrowing experience I have faced with HP India, a company that prides itself on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, my recent encounter has left me utterly disillusioned and frustrated.

I purchased an HP Laptop (Product Name: HP Laptop **s-fq*xxx, Product Number: *P***PA#ACJ, Serial Number: *CD***BX*R) on *th September, **** from IT World in Chandigarh. The laptop, which was an essential tool for my work, started experiencing a debilitating screen flickering issue in August ****.

In my pursuit of a solution, I promptly reached out to HP's customer support under Case Number **********, clearly within the laptop's warranty period. Despite several attempts at troubleshooting, the issue remained unresolved. The intermittent nature of the problem led to the premature closure of the case, although the problem persisted, making my work environment highly unstable and unproductive.

Frustrated and desperate for a resolution, I initiated another complaint under Case Number **********. Astonishingly, I was informed that my laptop was now out of warranty, conveniently disregarding the fact that the problem was reported well within the stipulated warranty period. This blatant dismissal of a legitimate complaint reflects a shocking lack of integrity and customer-centricity on HP's part.

The screen flickering issue not only disrupts my work but has also caused significant mental anguish and stress. I feel betrayed as a customer who invested trust and money in a brand that has not only failed to deliver a functional product but also neglected to uphold its end of the warranty agreement.

I implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly, holding HP India accountable for their actions and ensuring that consumers are not left vulnerable to such blatant exploitation. I request immediate rectification of the screen flickering problem and an official apology for the distress and inconvenience caused.

I trust that the Consumer Grievance Cell will champion the cause of consumers, protecting their rights and holding companies accountable for their actions. Your prompt attention to this matter is not only vital for my personal satisfaction but also emblematic of the trust consumers place in regulatory bodies like yours.
