My repeated requests for refunds or service delivery have been ignored. This has caused significant financial loss and emotional distress.
I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including payment receipts, correspondence, and booking confirmations as evidence. I request urgent intervention to investigate Gravity Club Resorts India Pvt Ltd for deceptive trade practices, facilitate refund of the paid amount, and take strict action to prevent such scams from victimizing others.
