Jaspal SIngh filed complaint against Hdfc on Oct 30, 2021
On Sat */Oct/****, I went to Reliance Digital Store(Elante Mall Chandigarh) to purchase an iPhone **. Because of some reasons, the IMEI number of the device was not able to be validated.
The name of the person is Ajay Sharma who asked to log into HDFC loan portal. I logged into the portal * times and each time an amount of Rs *** was deducted from my account. They didn't even tell me anything regarding the same deduction. I got to know about the same when my account balance goes to minimum.
It is their duty to inform us about everything but they didn't tell me anything about it. This is a clear fraud. What if I did not check my account? Even after that I didn't get the mobile phone.
When I complained about the same, Ajay Sharma asked me to wait for ** days. Even now, I haven't received the amount yet. I asked him to look into the matter from their end but he didn't put any effort

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
