Telegram channel rahulcustom - Complaint against fraud in telegram rahulcustom

There is a telegram channel named rahulcustom, he has a group named 'Myntra product at heavy discount' there are are near about *.* k subscribers, and where he gives an offer in which people can avail Myntra Flipkart or Amazon gift cards at near about ** to **% off.
I asked him if I can avail one of such offer which was a **k voucher at the rate of **** rupees. He asked me to pay the money at the time in parts and I paid as per his instructions. after the payment he said that the coupon is not available right now and also told me to contact him later. After that I texted him so many times and I guess he blocked me. As he didn't give me his personal contact number but I've the number on which I have done the transaction via phonepay i.e. **********.
