Indianmoney.com - Complaint against FRAUD Deficiency of Services

I, Sudarshan. T. P aged about ** years residing in Malleswaram (W), Bangalore.
Previously I was working as a Civil Engineer for some time and now presently I am working as a Financial Consultant wherein I am a LIC Advisor/ Agent for * years.

Last Year around January I was approached by a LEAD PROVIDER company by name INDIANMONEY.COM to buy leads for my business as a LIC advisor. I was called by their Call center daily both mornings and evenings continuously for two months as to make a visit to their office at the below mentioned office.

I finally resented to visit their office. I was brainwashed to believe that if I buy leads from them I can become an MDRT or get into Chairmans Club, etc very soon. Firstly I was made to part with my money reluctantly Rs. **,***/- (Rupees Eleven thousand and Eight hundred only). After paying the amount I was again FORCED to pay Rs. *,**,***/- (Rupees One Lakh, Six thousand and Two hundred only) In total Rs.*,**,***/- (Rupees One Lakh, Eighteen thousand Only) is the amount I have paid for their PREMIUM ACCESS PLAN. Please see the attached copies of the receipts. I was told that in this PREMIUM ACCESS PLAN I would be supplied exclusively with quality GOLD & DIAMOND leads by which I would become an MDRT, get into CHAIRMANS CLUB, etc very soon wherein all the leads will be provided and APPOINTMENTS will be fixed for me with the Potential GOLD Lead Customers and I simply have to go to the place of the customer and complete formalities and business. They also gave access to their Mobile App THE LEAD MARKET. Later I started to browse the app daily or for notifications in regard to the GOLD or DIAMOND leads for my LIC business but nothing came of it. On subsequent visits to their office, I was told I would be provided with a person who would make & confirm appointments with the customers (GOLD & DIAMOND Lead Customers) but the person did not provide me any of the leads only BOGUS leads from the app was provided where the customers did not respond to the calls or were not existent. Through the provision in the app, some of the BOGUS leads got replaced but I was not provided with any genuine GOLD leads. After subsequent visits to their office I started getting leads not relating to the LIC but others such as Personal Loans, Home loans etc.
From last year until now not a single lead business transaction has been materialized. I am cheated of my hard earned money and the amount paid Rs.*,**,***/- was paid through my credit card and I am forced to pay a monthly EMI of Rs.****/- to the credit card company. I am unemployed and does not have any other sources of income and also I have dependants in my family and commitments such as my son's education, loans, maintenance of the family, etc hence as a lost resort I have here to file this online complaint and to plead that I will be provided with justice and to give me relief.
The company is cheating people like me and many have become victims of this company and day-in and day out. Hence I have come to you Sir to Put an End to this NEW kind of fraud in the name of providing leads. HENCE I REQUEST YOU, SIR, to please show mercy on me and provide me JUSTICE.
