On **/**/**** at **:** AM, I ordered a [premium quality] Germany Away Jersey **/** worth ₹*** from footballmonk.in (Order ID: #****** / Return ID: #R_******). I paid via UPI and received delivery on **/**/****—but it was a completely wrong jersey.
I emailed them immediately on **/**/**** for return/replacement (no reply that day). They responded on **/**/****, initiated the return process (#R_******), and said they’d take necessary steps once received. They offered two options: reorder the jersey or UPI refund. I chose reorder (they said out of stock), then requested UPI refund and provided my ID: **********@naviaxis—they fully ignored it.
I shipped the wrong jersey back on **/**/**** via Delhivery Limited. On */**/****, Delhivery confirmed via email that the parcel was received by Football Monk warehouse. Despite this and my follow-up emails, no refund, no replacement, no proper response—pure scam and deficiency in service.
Loss: ₹*** + harassment. Demand full refund to **********@naviaxis + compensation.
