I had ordered an denim jacket,joggers and shoes for a total amount of ***.I did the payment online and when the next I tracked my order it showed order cancelled and I received a message saying that the order has been refunded but never got any response from the company nor through email or a text message....so I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
