I made a purchase on *th of August however even after ** days of order neither did they ship my product nor they replied to my repeated emails.
When I went to their FB page I found out that comments section in all of their posts are also disabled.
I faced similar problem when I tried reaching them on FB messenger, all my messages were not getting delivered to them.
If you look online you will find several similar complaints of similar customers.
