*. Issue Description
I subscribed to a *-month premium service package from EquityEdge Stock by paying ₹*,**,***. The company’s research analyst, Mr. Sai, pressured me into purchasing this package, promising assured profits and risk management.

Initially, I started trading with a capital of ₹**,*** based on his recommendations. At first, some trades generated profits, which built my trust. Later, Mr. Sai compelled me to send positive reviews to the company, which I now realize was a tactic to trap me further.

Subsequently, he forced me to increase my trading capital to ₹*,**,***, assuring that risks would be limited to **% per day as per company norms. However, on one particular trade (Sensex Dec *th expiry ***** CE option), he instructed me to take large positions without applying the company’s prescribed stop-loss. This resulted in a loss of ₹*,**,*** in a single trade.

When I raised concerns, Mr. Sai directed me to his senior, Mr. Gawtham, who admitted via voice note that the company had indeed provided a stop-loss, but Mr. Sai failed to apply it. Despite this, no corrective action was taken against Mr. Sai. Instead, Mr. Gawtham asked me to pay additional money under a “profit-sharing recovery plan,” which is unethical and exploitative.

Further trades recommended by them also hit stop-loss, causing an additional loss of ₹**,***. Overall, I have suffered:
