Doberois courtyard p Ltd - Complaint against Doberois courtyard p ltd want my refund

I want to Raise complaint against D- Oberois Courtyard P. Ltd. This co. Cheated us by selling membership of holiday package worth ***** with False information and promises.. All the information given by sujata ma'am and S Roy was false with wrong commitment.. I clearly denied three times..but They both pressurised us.. And used my two credit card.. They told us that u can cancel membership without any charges without any reason.. I did mail for cancellation but they denied and forced us to utilize this. I sent them recording of one executive who clearly mentioned that u can cancel membership without any charges.. I sent this recording but they told me that this not written evidence.. I want to cancel my membership and want my refund. Plz help me.
