DK home solutions - Complaint against DK home solutions who is providing maid service

We have hired full time maid from DK home solutions company and their offic @ b**, *st floor, gali no *, Rama park uttam nagar.

We have given commission of ***** for six month for the full time maid service. They have provided parmeela maid. We have hired all rounder maid specially for baby caring and for food preparation. She doesn't experience in baby caring but we kept her for trail basis.
After one month we have problems to adjust with that maid and asked company to change it .
They are not picking the phn normally but after many calls they picked and said they will replace but didn't give any maid. Now we are calling, messaging but they don't reply.

I went to their offic address and found they come to office once in a month.
Deepak kamat is the owner ********** and her staff Sonia ********** are running their company

Now need a solution how to change the maid. We are upset with that maid who is not listening or adjusting.
