Instagram store - Complaint Against Delivery Executive Misbehavior and Abusive Language

The delivery person was unable to locate my address properly, even though I was standing outside my door and guiding him. Instead of asking me politely to share my live location, he started arguing and claimed that he had already come twice, which was incorrect.
When I tried to explain, he used very rude and abusive language towards me. Shockingly, he even threatened me, saying that he would cancel not just this order but all my future orders. This was extremely unprofessional, intimidating, and completely unacceptable behavior from a service representative.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter and take strict action against the delivery person. Such incidents harm customer trust and damage the reputation of your platform. Please update me on the steps taken.
