Khosla Electronic Private Limited Uluberia Branch - Complaint against defective AC supplied

I purchased a Split Airconditioner of brand Panasonic from Khosla Electronic Private Limited, Uluberia on **/**/**** but they delivered me on **/**/**** and installation made on **/**/**** by Panasonic authorised service centre. After installation completed this Airconditioner worked only ** minutes and stopped then . . From **/**/**** called several times to Panasonic authorised service centre and Khosla Electronic Private Limited for resolving this Airconditioner problem but they did nothing and on **/**/**** I complained through email but don't reply yet . Again on **/**/**** as per WhatsApp call by me to Panasonic service helpline a technician came and checked Airconditioner and he reported that indoor unit of AC defective. After that I called for replacement the AC several times but in vain.
