Indigenous systems lonvala - Complaint against computer service center

My lenovo ideapad *** was not getting switched on and i went to this shop Indigenous systems lonavla.
Technician told me they will drain battery and remove static charge and it will work. Next day he called me and said that now display is not coming so i will send it to their next service center for examination and then he ll let me know.
Next day he told me there is an issue in ic chip and it will cost me ****rs and he ll give me laptop next day. He told me there is no other issue.
When I went to shop he told me it's irrepairable and mother board is damaged and handed me laptop by damaging it worse.
I went to other shop and he told me that the previous technician has spoiled the mother board.
I asked him to get it repaired but he is refusing now.
