I want to inform that my vehicle no. RJ**-XJ-**** was stolen on **.**.** Vehicle insurance was taken from (Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Ltd, *nd Floor, Dere House, *NSE, Bose Road, Chennai-******) whose vehicle insurance policy number is ****/********/ ***/** is. FIR has been registered on **.**.** and FIR No. is ***/** Thana Jawahar Circle, Jaipur. The investigation of the case was done by the officer Mr. Puran Singh ji. After giving the above information to the insurance company, I got seriously ill and later my mother fell ill due to which everything came to a standstill. It is pertinent to mention here that I was prevented from contacting the insurance company due to local insurance agent Vishnu Gautam saying that he has informed the reputable vehicle insurance office about the theft and your office is processing the claim. But later when I inquired in your office I came to know that no claim has been filed with respect to my above vehicle number and soon after that I have filed a claim in your respected vehicle insurance office which is due to some technical reasons. The vehicle damage was registered by the insurance company in the case of theft by registering it on **/**/**** (reference number **********) and informed me by SMS. The vehicle insurance company was informed by attaching all the documents of my mother and my medical along with the letter. I belong to a poor family and vehicle no. RJ**-XJ-**** which I had put in Rapido bike cab service which used to support me and my family. Due to the theft of the vehicle, it has become difficult to run the expenses of my house because being the only son in the house, all the responsibility of the house is on me. So request Mr. Ji to please get me my insurance claim.
