Aditya Broadband Services Private Limited - Complaint against broadband service provider

I took broadband service from a local Internet service provider aditya broadband on *th July **** inour area. They took total Rs.*,***/- for router, wire, installation but didn't provide any bill. They took the amount via Google Pay to the main person Mr. Nayan's mobile no **********. When I told them to provide the bill they started ignoring. We were told that the Internet speed will be ***mbps as I required it to continue my work from home. Only I got recharge invoice in my mail of Railwire network. The most important thing is that the service they are providing is so pathetic that it shows no Internet maximum time and due to that me and my wife both have to face insult in workplace due to low internet. Even my wife lost her online job too. When I call them usually they don't pick up the call if by chance it's picked then the person Mr. Nayan used to give excuse like link failure most of the time. Even on daily basis they stop the Internet service for * to * hrs or higher during the working hour even Noone picks up the call. Its too much harassing that instead of improvise their pathetic Internet service they used to ignore and give excuse us. The amount also were taken so much high which have no documented break up. I request hence to please refund my money back from those frauds and take up all their things as its becoming so much frustrating day by day.
