I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Beyours (www.beyours.in) for unethical business practices, including wrongful address selection, order mismanagement, and refusal to honor a cancellation request despite confirmation.

Complaint Summary:
I placed an order on Beyours and provided my correct address in Sector ***, Kharar. However, without my consent, their system automatically selected a different address in Sector ***, Kharar.
I immediately requested cancellation on WhatsApp within * minutes of placing the order, and Beyours confirmed the cancellation via WhatsApp.
Despite this, I later received an email stating that the order was dispatched and could not be cancelled. This is a clear violation of consumer rights.
I attempted to contact their customer support, but they failed to resolve the issue.
Relief Sought:
Immediate cancellation of the order and refund of the full amount.
Strict action against Beyours for misleading consumers
