I had enrolled for a gated community in mysore through bangalore based developer in the year ****. The developer promised the site allotment within * years but it got significantly delayed and all the subsequent commitments given by developer is not honored. Till date no progress on site allotment; and developer is not willing to provide any written commitment about date of site allotment. Big junk of amount is struck with developer since * years.
