I have ordered an asus zenfone max pro * from flipkart on **/**/****.. from the first month device got charging problem and showing reverse charging issue but phone was working but after few months problem getting worse and phone stop working then i went to the authorised service center of asus in my city ( Meerut) and the service center named GURU KRIPA ENTERPRISES.. well i visited to the service center on **/**/**** for the solution but service center denied to provide service and said problem is with the phone which is not repairable and problem is with mother board and told me to paid for the same but phone was in warranty period and i wrote to the asus company many times and also registered my complaint on asus complaint number finally after few months i have received an approval mail from the company for my phone repair and suggested me to visit the service center after the lockdown and to show that mail to the service center so i did the same and went to the service center last week with that phone and the mail and when i showed that mail to the service center again they denied and this time they told me that phone display folder is not original but the phone is in the same condition when i visited service center last time simply they were on denial mode specially the owner of that service center so i said to the owner of the service center Mr. Pradeep singh that if the any part of the phone is fake then write it to me on the paper or on the mail becoz clearly he lied to me becoz last time service center did not mention anything like this and problem was not with the display folder so why should i visit to anyone to repair or change that and secondly if i have a approval mail from the company then why should i visit to anyone else in the lockdown for the phone then the owner of the service center denied to write anything even threaten me to leave his premises i told him that i am in asus service center then he told me that no he is the owner and he can do anything then and also told me leave otherwise call the police i was ready for the police and when i started to shoot a video of him with my phone so he attacked on me and took my phone forcefully and called his *-* gundas instead of police and locked me inside and pressurised me to delete the video otherwise they denied me to release... After some time * policemen arrived and when i told them everything they took my side but service center person still did the same with the help of the president of that market then police took we both to the police station where he convinced police man with the help of money and his contacts and again police abused me or even threat me to beat me if i will not delete the video but i am also an educated person and knew my rights so i did not delete, i was there for *-* hours in this corona time and finally i managed to get back my home with the help of a local news paper journalist...i also wrote to the company while incident but still i have not receive any response, i have all the evidence and mails.. my question is what was my fault..if i have a mail from the company then why service center denied for the service and harrassed me... I want proper solution with the compensations....
