Tata Motors - Complaint against Apex Motor Sangrama Baramulla

I have purchased Tata tiago xz car from Apex Motor Sangrama Baramulla on **th of july ****, they have made fraud with me , as they showed sale date ** june instead ** july, on ** july i applied for car insurance and asked to registered * dep/ bumper to bumper insurance and at that they told that your insurance is * dep/ bumper to bumper but actually they registered normal policy instead of bumper to bumper, now i met with an accident on ** of dec ****, a d i carried car to Bullah Motar srinagar for claim, they prepare all loss a d make the car fit, but the problem is that , the insurance company asked that there is * month difference between insurance and sale tade, now ur whicle will delivered after clarification from apex motor but the appex motors denied to give a y consent, i m suffering from last ** days, i m not in a possition to express myself
Insurance company is asking for ***** twent thousand charges, so please it is requested to ur goodself kindly redress my problem as soon as possible, i want my full payment return of *,*****
