Complaint Against Almaari Fashion:
I purchased a saree worth ₹*** and provided my home address in Kerala. Later, I was informed that the saree couldn’t be delivered and was asked for an alternate phone number, which I promptly provided. However, there was no follow-up from their side—no call and no delivery.
I tried reaching out to them multiple times via WhatsApp and Instagram, but my messages were ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I feel cheated.
I request an immediate refund of ₹*** along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the lack of communication and non-delivery of the product.
