Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your attention an issue I faced with your product. I recently purchased an Alpenliebe Cream Strawberry Flavoured Lollipop (toffee). However, upon opening the pack, I was disappointed to find that there was no lollipop or chocolate inside the wrapper — the pack was empty.
I spent ₹* on this product and felt quite disappointed by this experience, as Alpenliebe has always been one of my favourite brands. I kindly request you to look into this issue and take appropriate action or provide a replacement/refund for the defective item.
