महोदय मैंने फसल का बीमा करवाया था जिसका पालिसी नंबर ******************* है जोकि रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया था ! महोदय उसका प्रीमियम ****.* रूपए मेरे खाता संख्या ************** के kcc खाते संख्या canara bank kosi kalan से काटा गया था !गाँव में सभी के खाते में पैसे आ गये हैं क्योंकि खरीफ **** ki फसल नष्ट हो गयी थी !
