Dear sir/madam

I bought oppo reno *T *G from flipcart on ** apr ****. I have issue on this phone so that I would like to return it . I apply * days return policy my request has been accepted. And they arrange analyse and checking process from jeeves .Technical person came and checked my phone they conform and accepted the issue in this phone . Technical rise to move further replacement process. I received massage from flipkart replacement is accepted. New product will delivery soon. Monday ekart received the product .I received massage from ekart your item out for delivery his number was +************ ( pin ***). I received call from him at * pm pls pickup ur parcel .I ask where r u he told I just conform u available at home ..delivery person (vicky) said when reached I call u ... Me say ok ... He call me *.** pm to collect ur parcel . I saw that place he didnot came . after *minute I call him he told me **min waiting for u . u did not came so I leave that place he told to me..........I answered its ok can u delivered today. He today surely I delivered... I waited for delivery whole day..he can't reached me that monday....Tuesday (**/**/****) I saw flipkart status replacement cancelled. ..I went courier office ekart and ask ekart branch incharge why cancelled my replacement. She check the status ekart logistics- FMPP********** and she told me reason for cancel- product damage... I answer that no one came check my old phone how they pick damage option. After that she called vicky ( delivery person) why u cancelled replacement he told piece was damage . He didnot came to my location how u told piece was damage .. He fakely updated the status to return my product sir ...branch incharge enquiry that person finally he told I do not checking procedures it is critical to me and I also waiting more than ** minutes so that I pick phone damage option to return it ......ekart incharge accepted mistakes .Your courier cross RTO process we can not any thing...

Delivery person vicky treated me very poor and rude...

Note : He ask me where u are stay
