I had purchased a sofa from Woodplaza, Mira Bhayandar road, Thane for ***** rs. I got the delivery in * weeks. While the delivery was done, the size of the sofa was too big and they were not able to bring it inside the house door. So the delivery guys removed the headrest of the sofa and while doing it, accidently tore the cushion of headrest. This was immediately addressed to them and the owner of the showroom and they assured it will be replaced. I have a picture taken as well for proof. Also after bringing it inside the house, the delivery guys attached the headrest again to the sofa but were not able to do it correctly as they said they are only delivery guys and they are not trained in assembling the sofa. So they assured this will be reassembled again as well. Both the issues were addressed to the owner and he took ownership of fixing the issues later. Since then it's been more than * months and the issue is not fixed and the owner has been delaying the work and ignoring the requests. I have tried to contact multiple times and sent messages on whatsapp to which I have proof, in which he has only given me false promises of getting the work done but has not done it yet.
