Carnival Cinemas - Complaint About Carnival Cinema

I booked two tickets at Carnival Cinemas in Bilaspur Chhattisgarh through Paytm on *th September, my experience with the cinema was the worst. The troubles I witnessed were:
*) The Air Conditioners of the theatre was turned off during the whole movie( It was very very hard for us to stay there)
*) The Movie was buffering in between, I mean the screen used to stop for a second and then it again used to resume, this defines that it wasn't a smooth experience at all.
*) The Food and Beverages were not good at all, The Straw in the coke got trashed inside the coke itself, the paper of the straw melted inside the coke within * minutes of purchase. It was not safe for drinking, the Samosa was not fresh and it was not even tasty at all.

I am attaching the MOVIE TICKETS Invoice and Food & Beverage Invoice, please look into it and help me at the earliest.
