Magadh University - complain related graduation degree has notbeen issued by magadh university

My self vidya bhaskar and my university name is magadh university gaya bihar. My complain is related to degree certificate and migration certificate. Magadh university provided service of post office delivery of degress certificate .then i applied on ** august **** online for both certificates and i paid Rs **** for both certificates that means *** rs for degree certificate and *** rs for migration and *** delivery charges by speed post but still magadh university did not send my certificates .i called and done email to university but university did not replied me.please take action immediately sir.i am attaching transaction details for prove.my registration no is **********/** and my request id is ***** and ***** for both certificate. Please sir take immediate action for this matter as soon as possible.
