Drapino - Complain regarding Refund Policy

I ordered One suit salwar worth Rs.****, and the product quality was really bad as compared to the one they have projected in their site. When I asked for return, they said courier amount and delivery amount will be deducted but in bill no where amount related to courier or delivery was mentioned. And once they get the product then they will initiate the remaining amount in drapino wallet but I don't want to but anything from their site and asked them to initiate the return in my original account for which they said no. I don't understand which kind of policy is this where they can force consumer to buy something from their site.
