My Ac was not working .
I registered my complain at *th June in Trane company.
Complain number : ********
And the company promised to send the technician the next day.
I was suffering in this hot weather without Ac till **th June when the Company sent the technician to attend to my complain .
They detected the wrong problem and asked me to purchase the stabiliser worth ****/-(when it was not required).
I installed it by calling my electrician.
The problem was with the compressor of the AC which is under warranty.
The shopkeeper promised to send and resolve the probelm on **th June.
And till today i.e **th June they havent done anything.
I m suffering alot in this hot humid wheather.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
