Prime minister of India
Sir l made a payment to Nios of rs.**** in the month of June ****, amount has been debited from my bank account,but payment is not made , now bank and Nios both are not helping me regarding recovering my money back.And also whenever I visited to NIOS office(RANCHI) the officers behaviour is very rude towards me. That is why I am requesting to my prime minister to help me out in this.
