I am ASHISH ROSHAN . I invest ****** lac for establishment in JNTECH NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED ( A-**,sector-*,Noida,UP-******) in September **** . In which they are return ****** lac in instalments to me .

*. Neeraj s/o- Soni kumar,R/O k*** swami dayanand colony kishanganj,Malkaganj,north delhi,delhi-******
Sir I am working as a director in JNTECH NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED since
September **** to may ****.
I wanted to run the company according to the terms and conditions of the government and the constitution . but both of my partners tuned against me and they started keeping all the information of the company secret from me. These people started behaving like me as an employee and he used to tell everyone that ASHISH ROSHAN only employee in this company. They started plotting to get me out of the company and started insulting me in the company . finally, after being exhausted, I told my family all my grief . and then my family came to the company and they talked to Jitendra Jaiswal and Neeraj. And both of them insulted me in front of family and they said give your resignation otherwise we will evict you from the company . after a lot of conversation between us. We told them our money is took a loan from a bank. lastly, we had an agreement sign in which ASHISH ROSHAN give resignation letter to Neeraj and Jitendra Jaiswal then they have to return my money with in * days in my bank account . now it is going to be * months, they return only ****** . in the meantime, I got tired and lodged a complaint with the PMO REGISTRATION NO : GOVUP/E/****/***** too. Then from the PMO Satyaveer singh ji from Noida sector-*/** police station Assure to help . when satyaveer singh ji came to JNTECH NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED for investigation so Jitendra Jaiswal called me and threatened and scared me and told my family that I will not let ASHISH ROSHAN stay in delhi and Jitendra Jaiswal said that the setting has been done with our police, now we will not give you money, do what you have to do . I went to the police to know about this, but they scolded me and drove me away . I beg you sir. if anything happened to me then only and only Jitendra Jaiswal and Neeraj will be responsible for it. Sir, I want to return the entire loan of the bank with interest, and they did not give me anything for * months of work .please help me in this.
