OKHLA PHASE * .. New Delhi INDIA

This is to state that I have a complaint regarding your work system and I highly question whether the technicians that are hired are even skilled or not.
I have a medical check up for visa to Saudi Arabia.
I was called for the X-ray the second time.
No one bothered to call and tell me that they didn’t take my X-ray right in first place. They should have.
For me every single day was precious and they took X-ray on **th and on asking for a report they told me iv to come back for repeat X-ray all over again on *nd October.
On *th October I got it done the second time and they were still not sure if the X-ray was right or I need to repeat it.
I’m frustrated I’m tired of talking to the staff.
Being a doctor I’m also concerned about the way this centre exposes public to radiation.
Please address my issue before I take the complaint to higher level.
I have stayed in Saudi Arabia for over ** years this is second time I’m issuing my visa for Saudi so don’t tell me the process takes this much time.

Please look into the matter and please hasten your procedures as people have work to do as well. Rather than just coming to your centre for repeat xrays over and over again !

BY THE WAY THIRD TIME THEY ARE CALLING ME TO DO CT scan as the second report isn’t clear too.

They are waiting for me to pay money under the table .
