Worst and frustrating experience.
I moved my household items from Pune to Bangalore (GC No. *******) in the month of April ** but I had worst and frustrating experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers - Bade Bhaiya (DRS Group).
Damaged Items - Many of my belongings were damaged including vehicles during the shipment as there was no proper packing before shipment.
Poor Claim Handling - The claims process was a nightmare, riddled with delays and arrogance. I was thinking, am I their customer or are they mine.
Inadequate Compensation - The final settlement amount was very less than my expenses for damages and not able to manage the expenses.
Unresponsive and Unprofessional - The company’s response was consistently poor, and the arrogance during claim settlement.
Frustration - Overall, the experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
