Hyundai car - Compensation not received for my accident car

My car got accident on July **th by zoom car renter and i did not receive compensation for my car totally loss and they did not start repairs also from last * months and in return i am paying emi for ***** every month for my damaged car for which i am not using my side. I am requesting Zoomcars to pay me total compensation for ** lakhs so that i can close bank loan due to this situation i am getting health related Issues also please help
