Vgn Developers Private Limited - Compensation not given

Sir,

We request you to go through these points patiently and Kindly help us.

We have

· Booked a flat on **/**/**** – P*-***

· Called for Registration on **th June **** by VGN

· Registration was done by paying *****+ *****+**** on **th June **** at Ambattur

· A letter came from Registrar office to pay penalty **th Jan ****

· We asked explanation from VGN no proper response lr sent on *th Fen ****

· On *th June we requested VGN o pay the penalty as the dates are given by VGN

· And it was refused by the VGN

· Registrar Office cancelled the Registration and we lost more than Rs *****/-

· We asked for the final registration as we have paid more than **% for P* ***

· Mr. Parthiban said that he will get back from VGN on */*/****

· And nothing worked out

· As the Construction agreement Registration of the plot P*-*** was cancelled by the Govt due to delay in registration, after the booking the flat

only VGN gave the dates for the Construction agreement registration, and it was delayed by VGN people.

· As the house was not yet ready even after three years.We requested for Change of Plot

· And the Old Booking was cancelled on *th Jan **** and *th Jan **** the new allotment was done with the following flat K*-***

While cancelling nothing was mentioned about the pending payment or penatly
· In the meantime VGN promised to adjust the Registration cancellation amount while in the final settlement refer the e.mail sent

· On **th November we received a letter from VGN that Compensation will be given to the people who waiting for more than *** days

· In the mean time we paid more than ** Lakhs and the Construction as well as Sale deed registration was done on *th Feb ****.

· While settling the final amount, we are refused to give the Registration cancellation amount

· Instead for our disappointment VGN is charging saying that there was the old penalty Rs *****/- (which was not paid to the Govt. and no evidence or receipt could be produced by VGN staff)

How we will pay the penalty which was not yet paid and not necessity to pay as its Registration was rejected by the Govt due to much delay, and asking us to pay while we settling the new payments. Instead VGN has to pay back to us

the loss of money on old registration which was cancelled by the Government,

· It is injustice done to us. We have paid the money as per the written statement given to us by Ms. Shobana who promised after hearing our request

I To discuss these matters I came to your office more than ** times to settle the matter but nothing is moving

Today I have paid the remaining amount Rs *.*****/- (*nd March ****)

Kindly arrange to hand over the key to us at the earliest.
