Jet Airways India Limited - Compensation for flight cancellation

My daughter booked * adult and two children tickets via Jet Airways from Delhi to Singapore departing on **.***.**** and returning on **.**.****
Her E-Mail is as follows
Hello Papa,
I had booked * adult and * children ticket vide PNR No RAMHCD Flight No *w** Delhi Singapore **.**,**** and return by Flight no *w** Singapore to Delhi **.**.****

We received email dated **.**.**** stating flight no *w** has been cancelled. In this regard, we went to the airport, they made the alternate arrangement of next day booking i.e on **.**.****.
Flight no *w** Delhi Singapore **.**.****
We received email intimating us about flight schedule change notification on **.**.**** and **.**.****

We again received email dated **.**.****, stating *W ** has been cancelled and also stated that we are fully eligible for a full refund for this booking. We again went to the airport and got full tickets refund.
Out ** digit ticket no were *************,**,**,**,and **.
We had full planning, spent Rs. ***** on Singapore visa and Rs. *****/- on Singapore currencies.

In view of the above, we request you to seek damage charges from Jet Airways. Please do the needful.
