I want to bring to your notice that that on *th April, ****, My car was parked safely in front of my home when one of EZI drivers (Mr. M Rao) driving a Ford Figo, transferring the car from Ford service centre to the customer hit my parked vehicle causing serious damage to the vehicle (Maruti Vitara Brezza)

I want to bring to your notice that he hit a stationary vehicle parked roadside - having utter disregard for the road traffic rules.

AS the driver was not well off and didn't have any money and was planning to represent the state in some Football Competition outside India, no FIR was done against him.

However, few representatives from EZI Drive contacted me and even though I was not at fault, they convinced me to claim insurance for the vehicle and remaining amount was supposed to be paid by the EZI Drive. They also transferred Rs. ***** in my account as a sign of goodwill.

However, due to some technical reasons, the insurance was rejected by the company and the cost of repairs was quoted by maruti company to be around *.*-*.* lakhs.

I have shared this with details with the said representative burt not getting a positive response. My car is in the Company for * weeks now and repairs have not yet started.
