DR KAPIL KUMAR filed complaint against Hyundai 350 on Mar 4, 2023
Sir,
With warm greeting ,
This is a letter in reference to your letter, reference to compensation issue with respect to VENUE *.* CRDi MT SX(O) vehicle bearing Chassis no. MALFE**DLNM****** and Regn no UP**MX****. Which was delivered to me with having manufacture issues and defects.
I am asking for contact number and social id of Mr. Unsoo kim sir, MD and CEO, hyundai india pvt. Ltd. So that i can forward my complaint directly. Some authorities has also promised to send me contacts of few higher authorities but after sending such mails, the have stopped responding, but i have all prof's regarding the same.
When my complaint was going on, none has taken it seriously neither the dealership, service and nor the Regional office. I was also been pressurized again n again to take back my complaint.
I have informed at every step to all authorities. At beeaar dealership, lucknow i have informed poonam ji, suruchi shukla ji, at service centre i have informed service head, from there only i came to know that the dpf occurence in my vehicle is very frequent, it has not been seen in other vehicles so frequent, at Regional office many times i have informed yogesh sir, amit srivastava sir also, but no one took it seriously, only resolution i have received was big negligence.
The physical, mental and financial is faced by me, so why you people will take a step towards resolution, the authorities whom i contacted and who came in contact just trying to pass the ball in other court and trying to save their jobs and nothing else.
Mr. Aviral ji, as u said in your letter that dated *rd march ****, **:**
....." As we have already informed to you that the function of DPF is to remove soot from the exhaust gas, thereby reducing emissions from the car. The DPF is designed to clean itself naturally but it may happen that due to frequent short distance driving ; slow driving or use of BS*/adulterated fuel ; excessive soot deposition may happen on DPF and DPF light can show up in cluster. To clear the excessive soot deposition, it is recommended in the Owner’s Manual & Service Booklet and already informed to you by us that either (i) the car is driven at more than ** km/h or (ii) above *nd gear with ****-**** rpm for at least ** minutes, whichever is possible as per speed limit prescribed for the road and traffic situation."....
This is a very good statement, it is showing how manufacture defects problems/ issue are compensated by company, showing illogical bookish knowledge and questioning customer. The DPF is designed to clean itself but its not naturally, it has to be done but it doesn't works. I told this to Mr. Amit Srivastava( regional office ) and Renu ji, at service beeaar, mahanagar lucknow also.
“…..(i) the car is driven at more than ** km/h or (ii) above *nd gear with ****-**** rpm for at least ** minutes….”, this is just a bookish training statement, but it also doesn't works at all.
As per your statement..."....it may happen that due to frequent short distance driving ; slow driving or use of BS*/adulterated fuel ; excessive soot deposition may happen on DPF and DPF light can show up in cluster.... ". the, venue **** cannot move for frequent short distances, means a vehicle owner will always have to drive for long distances only, if he want to buy bread n butter or any household thing, then either he has to travel a long distances or nearby district instead of going to near by shop as venue is not compatible for short distances as u said.
Slow driving- this word is also questioning on manufacture of variant as in metropolitan cities usually due to heavy traffic the driver drives slow only to follow the traffic rules as in cities if u drive above **km/hr u will be fined. According to you, should we unfollow traffic rules.
If you are not getting any DPF complaints from metropolitan cities, then the question arises either the diesel variants are not sold in metropolitan cities or my vehicle which was delivered was having manufacture problems.
Company is hiding its manufacture problems under the policy of government norms in BS* vehicles, but if DPF/ soot problem becomes lethal then who is going to answer.
Kindly see how my problem can be resolved, how can a customer can get compensation instead of providing illogical bookish facts which can degrade the variant or showing company that you being so loyal sending mails and trying to keep your position and job secured.
Regards,
Dr kapil kumar
