myflowerapp com - Company refused to deliver the product after getting payment and now refusing to refund amount

I ordered "Same Day Delivery" service for cake(**-**-****), from MyFlowerapp.com, for my colleagues last working day, worth of INR *** rs
Before ordering, we gave delivery pincode, on their website, to check if it was deliverable at the given address and it showed they make delivery to the given address. after this verification i have placed the order, After * hours they called me and informed we cant deliver the cake. then i asked about next process, they told you only cancel the order, but there is no option to cancel the order, When i asked them to refund my money back to my account but they said they won't and instead gave me two options that either they put our money in their wallet account or they will send us some printed gift through post and i told them i want my money back to my bank account then they disconnected the call, i tried many times to reach out to them via same number and customer care number, but they are not recieving the call. i sent many email as well. but there is no reply.

This is a completely fraud company. Please help.
