Jet Knitwears Ltd. - Company Not Returning Money

I handed over rs.* lac cheque to mr.vikas soni on *th sep ,**** (emp of jet knitwears ltd & prop m/s fuel india) for opening of store in ara, bihar. Cheque cleared on **th sep **** and deposited to jet knitwears ltd. Account.
I have done basic due diligence before entering in loi.
Jet knitwears ltd. Is listed company ( company operates under lycot australia brand) -
Company ceo is very experienced one in the industry. Sri balram narual is also author of book avinashi gyan ( spiritual book), so i was ***% sure that my money in safe hands
Company cfo is highly educated , mr. Ankur narula hold bachelor of business degree from, australia.
So my part, my decision was totally correct. However it turned out to worst decision of my life and it's only happened due to vikas soni.

So after receiving my cheque, mr. Vikas soni promised that store will be open within two weeks, however nothing happened. He once again promised that store will open by **th september, however nothing happened again. After missing second deadline , he said it will be open by *th october, however once again nothing happened.

After that , i have requested return of the deposited money, and sent many emails to ceo & cfo, however they never replied to my emails.
Mr. Vikas soni mailed me that issue will be resolved by **th october, and he will meet me personally , however once again , he failed . Even once soni asked me through , bihar c&f to not send any message to ankur narula sir.

I keep dropping email to cfo and ceo for their intervention , however nothing happened.

On **th october , mr. Soni told me that mr. Ankur sir will send an me email about return of my deposited money, however once again i have not received anything.i once again contacted mr. Soni and he told me that he will meet me on **th november , however as usual another commitments failed. Mr. Soni even promised that he will pay me *% (monthly guaranteed return) mgi till my deposit refunded, however as usual i got nothing.

I once again dropped mail/sms/whatsapp message to everyone. This time mr. Ankur sir message me that soni is coming to the city for my issue. As usual soni given me date of meeting and forgot again. After, that i called him again and he told me that he will surely meet me **nd nov , however as usual he once again cheated. Even ankur sir assured me that issue will be resolved by **th nov, ****.
Mr. Ankur never ever picked my numerous calls and now even don't respond to my messages - probably he fed up with soni ill-practices.

I tried to contact respected mr. Balram soni, however , even ceo of the company appeared helpless, and even receiving all the proof remain inactive and didn't resolved my issue. From my side , i have send tons of email/messages to balram narula sir , ankur narula sir & vikas soni, however nothing happened. Since oct ****, i am going through immense stress , however received unbelievable insensitive behavior from management. I have tons of evidence to prove my facts.

So far company and vikas soni actions are highly susceptible and it seems another clear cut case of cheating of the fund.
