Samsung Service Center - Company not providing any proper service

I need to file this complaint in regard to a washing machine i have purchased from samsung.
I filled a complaint as spinner motor was not working on **th October ****. Once they sent a agent they said it will be replaced and part will come in * to * working days. Then they fixed the motor on **th of the October.
On the day of the fixture agent mentioned that I can not use water for one day as motor capping is applied and left after just after showing the machine working dry.
Now on **th the first time i tried using the machine when I poured water in machine it just leaked from the bottom.
I immediately reported that case again to samsung. Next day their new service agent came and asked me to show and he found that the tub got broken from the inside.
He clicked pictures and went back. Since then when I am trying to follow up from samsung service they are trying to say that I need to pay for the tub.
Although the tub was broken in service they are not at all helpful.
