Asatkalpa Consulting - company not giving fnf

Hello Sir.

My Self Harsh Maheta from Dewas, I was the part of IT company ASATKALPA which is in bangalore and I was hired on *th Feb **** and they have the rule of * month of probation period but some how after my first salary on **st March **** they terminate me from my service without any notice period since the reason was that they were not happy with my performance,
which i accept but as per the labour law rule if company terminate the employee then they have to give the Experience letter and FNF (Basic Salary) but when i discuss the same thing with the HR of company Archana she is saying that if you will create more pressure on us then we will file legal case on you so here are some basic attachment which i will share with you even after * month of termination no one is taking care of employee and now the HR blocked the number on whatsapp also so please take some action on the company with following details :
