CXIO technologies pvt ltd - Company not giving experience letter and final settlement

I have joined company with * months notice period and company has recently changed notice period policy to * months without my consent they have just dropped an email stating change of policy and I have never agreed to any change of policy However as I have not completed * months notice they are not giving final settlement and relieving letter.
