Quikr Rto - Company not giving back orginal RC and documents

I am writing this after reading all the negative and fraud reviews on google about quicker rto service in bangalore and now i feel like cheated for taking service from them quicker (** month's)
I bought a second hand bike KA**JP**** and paid ₹** charge and opted rc change from qucikr rto thinking its a well known company and reg for rto change service. Their team contacted me and agreed for rc transfer on march **th and i paid them rs ****/- charge online.. They picked up all my orginal documents from itpl area during afternoon on **th march as they where busy to come and pick up from home.. Nawas assured me max ** working days it will take and it will be returned back to my address after rc transfer.... But no calls from their side after collecting payment and documents... They give u tensions to the core and replies always as it's progress cannot meet the told time.. After * months mailed me as i have to pay hypothecation removal charge and document so only they can do rc change and asked me to pay rs **** extra and i provided all documents as they asked me... And that was collected on june ** and after that now above *** days is over i feel like cheated and to the core disappointed for choosing such a fraud company quicker... For taking a professional service i wasted nearly * month's and **+ ****+****=****rs and my half of time for * month's typing above ** mails and lots of call to then they won't attend your calls or respond with proper answer... Now also i have mailed them if no reply or refund my money and documents means i will go to my extend to make sure those staffs will be in jail for cheating a society above *** people complaints i read yesterday night.. If no progress from them means i will file case against all * with the payment proofs screenshot and all mails and will go till the extend to make sure no one will again jump into this trap... This is india we trust our judiciary and our officers.

I feel disappointed for the reputed company like quicker to keep staff like this and destroy your company
From March **** after submitting my ORGINAL RC TO NAWAS i am running behind this issue...Pramod kumar imtias all was handling my documents and was telling me a time till may last.after that as they requested i submitted Hypothecation Removal letter and paid Rc Transfer paid **** for that and **** rs for hypothecation removal which money the refunded me last * weeks back after ** above emails...No contact number or office address they have now.None of the numbers they call have incoming call facility. now what is issue they are not returning back my documents ORGINAL RC AND ALL FORMS submitted which is more valuable than The money.Not getting any support from their side if we send * or * mails Ramitha Quickr Rto will reply after * * days as It's still in progress couldn't make a date with rto collecting it since last * * months ...will Get it back soon hearing this same mail from past * months..
I am done with this My parents instructed not to use the vehicle only, because of such irresponsible corporate team we lose our money and Hard earned documents which is silly for them...
Now if I haven't received this week means I will file case first in nearest police station as Rc lost,
Then will file case in MRTPA and consumer court let me see what they will do.
Too much of patience i request everyone never to jump into this peoples trap and believe in this QUICKR RTO service which is completely scam..

I have filed already petition and token on cars and bikes (******). Till date amount has been returned but documents is more valuable for me which I need asap before this issue will go from my hand.

Documents are more valuable than the amount if I need to use vehicle i need it's original or if I am going behind making new Rc I will make sure the company and the members who handled will pay me the compensation amount.... Simply your people have already Taken mt frustration to next level...
I will file case in consumer court and MRTPA till I get justice will go till any extend
