Mahak filed complaint against Aonecart.com on May 1, 2019
The package was filed for return the day it was delivered. There were an email id and a phone number given by the company. The request for return was registered the same day as delivery but there has been no response by the team. They are avoiding Whatsapp messages and are unresponsive. The website claims that they will return items within * days. But their channels of communication are not responsive at all.
