Aachho com - Company is not refunding my money

I had a placed an order on aachho.com on **th of feb and it was delivered on *th of march. The delivery was not as promised and was delivered with a lot of messages from my end. I had to continuously text them enquiring about the product everyday as I needed it for a special occasion. I received it but was not satisfied with the size and had requested for an exchange on the same day. They had asked me to send a mail from my end requesting for an exchange and I did the same. I was asked to pay a return pickup fee of Rs.*** and I did the same. I had to again keep texting them over and over again enquiring about the return pickup. Their replies were quiet slow once I paid the return pickup fee. And it was picked up on **th of march. I had immediately sent them a photo my return pickup slip. I was patiently waiting for my exchange order.And then started the covid lockdown. They asked me to wait for the exchange order to be shipped. After continuous texting from my end they did tell me that my product was received by them and I had inturn informed them the size that I wanted for exchange. There was no reply after that for * months and I assumed it was because of the prevailing lockdown. And on **th may they did tell me that it will be shipped. But it wasn't shipped. I had texted them around *nd June and was informed that it will be shipped. Again I had to keep asking them about the product and finally on **th june it was shipped. I was waiting for it to arrive but did not receive it and texted them again on **th july but no reply from their end. I kept tracking my order and was waiting for the delivery executive's call. I did not receive aby call but the tracking info showed that I did not pickup and asked for a reschedule and I did the same. I was waiting for it to arrive the next day but same tracking info. I live in a contained zone and will be able to guide the delivery person only if he calls me. But no call from the courier end. I had also emailed the courier company. Again texted them on **th July. They had told me that my product is being returned to origin and that they will be shipping it back again. I had told them my side of the story. Then there was no reply or updates from their end inspite of me asking them often. I received a call from their end was informed that they will be refunding my money but not back to my bank account instead it would be in the form of store credits. I was not satisfied because I didn't want to go through all this mental stress once again by ordering again from them. But since it was their policy I did accept. But no updated till **rd august. Again kept texting them enquiring about my refund. On **th August they did apologise and promised to refund my money. But its September *th and no updates or reply from their end. These people have been giving me a lot of mental stress since March **** and I definitely need my refund back. These people play with people's hard earned money. They are only interested in serving celebrities. They are always online but mostly reply days after my enquiries. My order no is ***** (for reference ). Our conversations were mostly via whatsapp and at times via gmail. Please get me my money back for all that I have endured.
