*. I placed an order on **nd of April the team promised delivery with in ** days, I haven’t received any response from them so after multiple follow ups they sent the product but the delivery came in on **th of May. I left India on **th of May so the package went back to the company
*. I am asking them to refund the money as I have not accepted the product and I am out of India the team is denying it saying they don’t have a refund policy
*. Now I do not have the product nor the money with me and someone from their team said they’ll work internally and provide refund but now from last Thursday they are not even picking the phone or responding to my text

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
