pinetm recharge portal - company is closed and my amount is not refunding

Dear sir, I have purchased a recharge portal from pinetm. But after few months the server is crashed. and stopped working. Till now thay have not arranged any way to recharge or refund that amounts. I have message him many times but he could not responded so please arrange a process for refunding amounts. Thank you.
