My Kent purifier has stopped working. A Kent representative arrived and informed us that we would have to spend Rs. **** every year to replace the filters. They took Rs. **,*** for the service a few months ago, and now they're asking for Rs. **** again. Furthermore, they are requesting Rs. *,*** every year. It is quite discouraging and a huge letdown. I need your assistance.
