Webroute - Company have not given full refund

Regarding refund of laptop motherboard z*** which I have purchased from website iwebroute.which is the official shopping website of webroute company located in nehru place new delhi .Contact number of webroute **********.


I had order one laptop motherboard of z*** with graphics.but company had courier me v*** board and when I call back that you have send me v*** instead of z*** then he say that it is compatible with your system .But I told him that I have to return it and you refund my full amount .He told me that once we received your board we will check it and. Process your refund as ***% .But now he told me that only **% of total amount will get processed.this is very bad for me .It's faults from your side that customer had made multiple times call to your employee confirming that I am looking for z*** with graphics not other one.and company had confirm me that you will received same product that you ordered .But this not happen .Now they are offering me z*** board and now I don't need it .Please refund my full amount so that trust and relation between company and customer never fails.
